Question Sorors
 

I have been looking EVERYWHERE for the book written by Soror Mary Elizabeth Vroman The First Fifty Years in Delta Sigma Theta. Unfortuntatly I can't find it anywhere. Sorors, do you have any suggetsions as to where I can find this book?> I have Sorors' Gidding's book and I would like to add Sorors Vroman's book to my collection.

Try doing a search on Amazon.com or either Barnes and Nobles (I'm not sure of their web address). Hope this helps.

Neither of the two sites have that particular title by Soror Vroman. I have been unable to find it either. Maybe try calling HQ to see what they suggest in finding the book. That was one route I was going to take, but haven't yet. Let me know, if you find it.

To those of you who have the book, where did you find it?

Although the question addresses your sorors I would still like to pose and idea to you ladies. I had a similar problem finding a book. You should go to yout nearest book store or any bookstore and give them the authors name and title of book if you pay first they should be able to order the book for you. It works for me as a matter of fact I had to do that in order to get the book by your soror giddings. Hope that helps

Hello Sorors,

I too have tried to purchase that book about a year ago. Actually, no book store carries it. It now can only be purchased through our National Headquarters and of course sold to Deltas ONLY. I plan to call back this summer with my membership number ( I'm a new member) and add the book to my collection.
