Dont know what to do .........

As some of you have been reading, I have met twice with the Lexington chapter and have been invited to join. Today, I met with the Louisville chapter and was also invited to join........

I like both chapters. One is in my home town and the other is an hour away, however I'm in Louisville a lot.

So now I'm not sure what to do. I'm flattered both want me. Regardless of which chapter I join I'll still be Beta Sigma Phi..........

Any thoughts or opinions about what I should do or how I should way my options??? :) I'm trying to figure out my confusion :)

I'm so happy that you've been invited to join our sisterhood!

I guess in deciding between the two groups, is there one that you feel more of a connection with? Do you feel like you have more in common with the members of one group than the other? For example, I visited two chapters while a PNM. One had women in their 30s and 40s, the majority of them had kids. They were nice, but I really couldn't see myself in the chapter. The other chapter (that I eventually joined :) ) had members in their 20s and 30s, some were married, some single, some with kids. I felt like I fit in better with this chapter. Sometimes you can just tell, you know? I guess the big question is, with which chapter do you see yourself fitting in with the best?

Hope I don't sound like a bumbling idiot. If you want to talk more, you can PM me. I can't wait to hear your decision!!

After speaking with my hospital pals today and thinkign long and hard last night, I have made a decision. However, I'm not posting that decision until I've made my decision known to both groups first. Hopefully tomorrow though :)

D'oh!:(

Just kidding, I respect your decision. I can't wait to find out which chapter has a brand new pledge!!

I have decided to join the Lexington chapter because as a nursing student odds are unlikely I'll be able to drive to Louisville during the week.

I did however tell the LOuisville president to feel free to invite me to weekend social activities, because I would enjoy seeing them and keeping up with their comings and goings :)

I'm so excited! The new member program for the Lexington chapter is one year. I look forward to my first meeting!
