Aliens VS. Predator
 

Anyone seen it?

I seen it last night at the drive-in. Not too shabby :p For the typical alien-type movie it was pretty good. I personally really liked the twist in the movie dealing with Predator. I recommend it, especially if your boyfriend whines about seeing too many chick-flick movies, ;)

Fun to watch for the effects I thought. Don't expect a deep plot or story. The theatre was packed.

:rolleyes: Yeah I saw it with my boyfriend & my 2 nephews. I liked the movie EXCEPT for that twist at the end. I thought it cheapened the movie. I also thought it got real cheesy when for those of you who saw the movie, "THE ENEMY OF MY ENEMY IS MY FRIEND." I thought it went downhill with that. Don't even get me started on the whole marking of the forehead & cheek thing. Overall though, I was entertained & actually enjoyed it probably b/c I didn't have high expectations.

I was actually rooting for the Predator & my boyfriend for the Aliens. Comparison of the 2 original movies though, ALIEN is by far the better movie although PREDATOR does contain one of my favorite quotes of all time spoken by Jessy "The Body" Ventura

"You bunch of slack-jawed faggots. This stuff will make you a sexual Tyrannosaurus just like me!"

I think the Aliens got the last laugh.

My fiance was BEYOND PISSED at this movie. Hell, I was even yelling, "That's some BS" all the way home.

I knew I wasn't going to like the movie when I was halfway sleep during the first half of the movie.

I'm glad that Sanaa Lathan is in another movie. Other than that - 2 thumbs down!!!!!

CASIGKAP-- In the last scene, did it look like a hybrid to you?


Anyway, my boyfriend and I kept on laughing about the twist to it, "Predator with a Heart". I was kinda hoping they'd hook up :p
