Rushing Pi Beta Phi
 

I am planning o rushing Pi Beta Phi this fall. I will be a freshman at CSU Chico. Are there any alumnae around who would write a rec?

Same deal, sweetheart. Like I posted for Clove, go into rush w/ an open mind and not a whole bunch of recommendations from people you've never met. If you REALLY want recommendations, then it should be from alumni the chapter would recognize, and I dont think alums just hand those out....you'd have to know an alum. It is possible to be accepted into a sorority w/o a rec and I encourage that since you're obviously looking for recs in the wrong places....we dont know you...we can't decribe all your desirable qualities, we dont know what they are!!!! Show the girls whose house you rush what you have to offer and see what happens. I'm not trying to be mean, but asking PiPhi, Sigma Kappa, and who knows who else for recs is kinda sketchy.
