I live in what used to be a crack town, but then new management came, and I moved in shortly after. Basically now its subsized and non subsized all mixed together. It is my first out of college apartment. Go me.

no, but the people who lived here before stole cable, which is mine didn't work untill the other day.

That works out then. I really don't have any problem with crack heads except that they are careless where they leave brocken pipes. Little kids could cut themselves.
