Those Prescription Drug Sites
 

I am constantly getting spam from sites selling prescription drugs over the Internet. I usually delete them as junk. However, after filling Mr. Tcsparky's $254 prescription this month, I am thinking of taking a closer look!! Has anyone here ordered from the Internet? Was it easy? cheap? quality?

I would be very careful if you decide to order from one of those online sites.

There have been problems with some of them (people not getting their meds, wrong meds, poor quality meds, etc, etc)

With something like Meds, it's better to be safe than sorry.

If you're looking for a lower-cost option, I'd look into Express Scrips. Check with your insurance company and see if it's an available option - I know people who have saved money going through that service.

Many MD's will also help you find lower-cost options if that's a problem.

That's part of the problem. Mr. Tcsparky's insurance doesn't cover prescriptions, of any kind. There is no drug card. It is basically just emergency and hospitalization. I'm just getting tired of his monthly prescription costing so much. The other day as I was deleting spam, I noticed that four of them were for online prescriptions, and thought I would find out a little bit more about them from you guys here.

Someone at work mentioned that I should find a way to get them from Canada. I wouldn't even know where to start!!

Drugs being shipped from Canada have known to be cheaper.
Try google.ca (and only search Canadian sites) or Yahoo.ca (again, only search Canadian sites) to see what you can find.
But my advice to you is to be careful of those sites. I get a ton of those spams a day and they seems very shady to me.

What's your location? Are you close to the border?? Could you drive over and fill your prescriptions at a Canadian drugstore?

Unfortunately, I am very far from the border (about 15-18 hours). It would be nice if I were closer. That's why I am considering a website. I will check out Canadian pharmacy websites. Thanks for the info!!
