Ditto! I think we should use this as our "feel good" thread for PNMs!

We're excited for you to have this time to meet our Greek brothers and sisters across the US and Canada, and hope that you will enjoy recruitment/rush!

Edited to add: While recruitment is a great experience to meet people, also remember that college is a great time to become involved with campus life. Whether or not you join a sorority, do get involved with at least one non-Greek activity, like athletics, student gov't, special interest clubs, relgious societies, service clubs, pre-professional clubs, honor societies, etc. There is something for everyone, and this is another great way to make new friends!

Good luck finding your home.

If you don't get your first choice, don't drop out of rush, You might just found out what you thoought was the best choice for you really isn't.
Do what you want to do, don't choose to drop a group because it isn't the biggest, or strongest, or because you have heard bad things about it. If you like them and they seem to like you, don't drop them.
As hard as it may be, stay calm and have a great time. You will remember it for the rest of your life!

Keep your chin up when you are feeling overwhelmed. Its a fun, yet stressful and overwhelming week. There will be ups and downs!! It can be an emotional roller coaster week, but it is all worth it in the end. Good luck on your recruitment journey....follow your heart and you'll find a place to call home!!!
