TrimSpa

Do you think it works?

I'm amazed at how Ana Nicole Smith looks now. I'm wondering if the weight loss is just from taking the pills. I don't really see her working out. (And know people are gonna make jokes about "other pills" or "supplements" to help the weight loss. lol)

I'm taking a supplement called Slenderful from Champion Nutrition and workout 3 or 4 days a week. So if she got that outcome from just taking pills, I'm wondering what I would look like if I took them AND worked out...

I'm assuming she had some surgery in addition to the pills -- people who lose weight that fast usually have a lot of loose skin, which Anna Nicole doesn't.

Plus, she uses the version with ephedra, not the ephedra-free kind as advertised in commercials -- and I'm sure that's not all she's on, either.

She also had a personal trainer.

That makes a HUGE difference.

I've taken Trimspa before! You'd have to be Anna Nicole Smith to afford the amount she had to take to lose that much weight so quickly!

What I liked about Trimspa is that I didn't really seem hungry after taking it. What I didn't like about it is when the pills wore off I was so hungry I was practically gnawing my arm off! Trimspa did nothing for my metabolism or my eating habits! I'd say if you were going to spend that much money I'd recommend spending it on a personal trainer! Taking the pills alone will guarantee that you'll just gain the weight back when you can't afford them anymore!

czychx is right.

The problem with this kind of quick weight loss method is that you do eventually have to stop taking the pills. The likelihood you'll gain back the weight and more on top of it. That's a no-brainer.

Unrelated to the diet pills but just as important, studies are now just starting to out that there are a majority of people who are gaining back the weight after having gastric bypass surgery.

Anna Nicole Smith is not someone I'd look to as a role model for losing weight. Keep in mind she's getting paid to endorse the product. I'm sure the company is sparing no expense to make sure whatever extras from personal trainers, plastic surgeons, and stylists to camouflage the flaws have been put in place.

This is often because people who have this surgery are not following what the doctors have told them and have not established a LIFESTYLE CHANGE, which eventhough you had a weight loss surgery, you still need to follow a sensible diet(whenyou're able to eat food), drink lots of water, and EXERCISE(meaning getting your ass off the couch and running/walking around the block a few times). Just my personal opinion.......

That girl is definitely "on" something other than TrimSpa. She looked totally drugged/high when she was on Larry several months ago.

When was the last time that she didn't look "drugged/high?"

I agree with Taualumna. I have scene a few of her show episodes and then watched her on Larry King and she seemed completely different. She couldn't answer simple questions like "What do you typically eat for lunch?" But, she does look good, mostly with regards to her weight loss.

Yes, also, over time, your stomach restretches out, so, the surgery is in a way reversable. You'll lose a buttload of weight automatically, but you STILL gotta exercise.

I had a friend who tried TrimSpa and she didn't react to it very well at all . . . was all shaky and had major headaches.

I think if you just stick to exercising and watching what you eat, it's the best bet. Plus, anything diet where you lose weight really quickly is almost a guarantee that you'll gain it right back. The slower you lose, the more likely that you'll keep it off.

I'd be wary of TrimSpa . . .

I just started taking this today. I kind of, er, plumped up for awhile there and I managed to get off 35 pounds of the weight that I had gained but the last 7 are proving to be a bitch! So I saw this at the commissary and read the ingredients (didn't want anything with caffeine since I'm nervous enough on my own) and decided to give it a try.

In my personal opinion, Anna had a little bit of help from something called la cocaina. It'll take the weight off faster than any diet pill. But, I don't really recommend it. :)

Oh yeah, I've also heard that that was Lindsay Lohan and Nicole Ritchie's diet of choice.
