Does anyone have any suggestions on some fun sisterhood activities!?!

A few rounds of "Pretty Pretty Princess" are always fun! :D

You can get crafty by making stuff like picture frames, pin boxes pillows, totes or t-shirts. Have fun:)

a bunch of my sisters and i went downtown every friday last semester and painted pottery together. it was a good way to catch up with every one and also a lot of fun!

spa day! We have a lady that gives massages, we do nails, facials etc.. It is really fun!

Have a picnic and stage a mock Olympics with assigned teams, awards and medals. Your events can be three-legged races, tag, kickball, etc. You can also use this time to recognize individuals who made great contributions this year-- great grades, leadership, campus participation, sisterhood, etc.

This is also a great event to invite PNM's to-- it is a casual environment where everyone is celebrating sisterhood.

This one is great for sisterhood retreat, especially if new members are in abundance.

Me Bag:

Put several (3 or 4) items in the bag of your choice which describe you. They can be your hobbies, favorites, anything at all. Each girl goes around in a circle telling what is in her bag, and why it represents, or describes her. A great way to get to know your sisters even better than before!!

We do a box, and on the outside are things that everyone knows about you and inside are things that very few people know about you.

We would have a sheet of paper with each girls name on it, and pass it around in a circle, and each person wrote one good thing about that sister on their sheet. When you got your's back it had like 60 nice thigs on it. I still have mine from several years ago.

We do "warm Fuzzies" everyone has a bag with your name on i and then we write "warm fuzzies" nice messages to the person and then you take them home!! Its a tradition every year!!

We have three great ideas we're trying to institute this year (they're basically little clubs within Kappa):

Kappa Fitness
Every Sunday morning, we meet up at an assigned place (say, the Santa Clara pier) and bike ride up to La Jolla to the farmers market, or go jogging in Mission Beach. We get to do cute t-shirts, too, like "Just Blue it"

Kappa on Campus
To raise the profile of our sorority, we have a few girls sign up to attend sporting events, plays, etc., that are occurring on campus in the upcoming week - our school has poor school spirit, so to get six sorority girls sitting together at a baseball game is a big deal. We get fun shirts for that, too : "Not a player, we just cheer a lot!"

Kappa Cookie Exchange
You know the cookie exchanges that your mom does with Junior League? You know how fun they are and how much delicious food there was at your house afterwards? We have that, too!! And, of course, fun shirts: "We're just as sweet as we look"
