Trading Spouses
Has anyone seen the show?
|
This was hilarious. The wives of a black and white family traded places for a week, and a lot of the humor/crisis was built around the differences.

The show was funny, but Dr. Nakamura deserved a b***slap for how he let Nana, his mom, be treated. |

TonyB's right - it was funny. I am happy about the outcome for each of the families. We'll see what happens with the next set of families, but in the previews, one woman is already crying about "feeling unappreciated". Duh! |

For TTT's sake, I'm glad it ended after a week because Mr. Biggins was about to go "Othello" on her, I do believe. |

BTB, your signature is cute. little BTB is very smart! I agree with her! /hijack The show was funny, although when I checked the fox message board several people were saying it was too sterotypical and made black folks look bad. I thought Tammy was the "bad guy" through it all. I wonder why they only did it for a week. I agree with Tony though. Much longer than that, it would have truly been the REal World "Where people stop being polite and start being REAL" |

And another reason why they did it only for a week. . . WE wouldn't have been able to stand it much longer! 'Cause you know I was 'bout ready to pimp slap TTT into Ft. Worth (how far is Dallas from Ft. Worth anyway?) |
It looks like it's going to get really real when the next set comes through!! I was ELATED that Mela gave all the money to Nana. She deserves it. Tammy and the fam didn't need not one dime of the money. I didn't want Tammy to get anything anyway. She was such a b****. She came through like a dictator and I know that Brotherman didn't unleash the dragon on her because he wanted that money. Otherwise, she would have gotten it!
The Nakamura house was BEAUTIFUL!! That pool itself would have made me want to saty and I can't even swim! :D I think that it was funny to see how the family and friends of the Nakamuras came though with their designer bags, while the family and friends of the Biggins came through with their knockoffs. Can someone clarify something for me: Why was "BoBo" (the daughter) acting all mad and disgusted when she heard that the money was going to towards bills and a down payment for a home? She was acting all crazy, pouting and stuff. What was up with that? Did anyone else notice? |
I'm mad I missed it like I am going to miss Amish in the City tonight.
When does it come on and what channel? |

I was so happy about how everything worked out. Thank Goodness Tammy allotted the money for bills and other practical things. |

I'm glad that Mela hooked Mama Nakamura with the cash. She deserved it more than anyone else. :D |

CT4, it comes on on Tuesdays @ 8/7c. There may be a replay on Monday @ 8/7c like there was this week. |
I was through when Amela asked the guy what was the difference in Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese people. And she prefaced it by saying "I don't want to sound uneducated." I thought that was funny.
It was sad when Amela's son said "I'm going to go to college on a band scholarship. Is a scholarship a paper?" Tammy was such a spoiled___ . I hoped Amela would give the money to Nana, I figured she would. I liked the way Tammy divided the money, but then I'm like, how can she require them to purchase a new home? What if they can't afford the payments? I'd hoped she would have allocated some money to be invested in the kids- (i.e. college funds or something). But I think her plan for the money was ok. It looks like the next episode is going to be pretty good. |

Ms. Nagasaki was weird but she wasn't crazy. She vetoed the chicken wings at the party but notice that she didn't try to f**k with the morning breakfast bacon. It woulda been a dead white woman in the hood behind that. lil big girl wasn't havin it. |
The country music at the party was a bit extra.
