Wine & Blue stuff :)
I've seen this thread on the AKA board...
post pictures or links of pretty things in our colors (and where to find them!) sometimes its hard to find our color combo, but i always get excited when i see it ...ex: i was at a loooong training session for the peer counseling program i am a part of, and i noticed that one of my friends was wearing wine & silver blue puma flip flops... and as soon as we broke for lunch my friend dani from my pledge class ran over and said that she too was watching camila's feet all morning ;) c'mon lets see some pretty wine, blue or wine&blue stuff! (esp since my bday is next sun!!) :-D |

yay! it worked... i saw this on ebay for $.99 + $8.95 shipping... its supposedly sterling silver w/ a garnet. (they have a couple of then but unfortunately will not combine shipping... too bad, theyd be cute bid day gifts) http://coach.com/assets/product_imag...n2/6818_d2.jpg one of Coach's new colors for fall is a burgundy/wine.. I have this bag in "silver blue" with white leather and silver hardware but I can't figure out how to post pictures that arent on websites... http://www.oldnavy.com/assets/produc...na222822v4.jpg tanks from old navy.. but still nothing with wine & blue together!!! |
c'mon... theres gotta be something out there! ;)
|
so wait...how do we post a picture???
|
|
HOT! is all i can say...haha...okay just kidding...so i know how to put the website up, but still not the picture

To include a picture or graphic within the body of your message, you can simply surround the address of the image as shown here:
http://www.greekchat.com/gcforums/im...kchat_logo.gif This is what comes up when you put [img*]http://www.greekchat.com/gcforums/images/greekchat_logo.gif[/img*] Note that the http:// part of the image URL is required for the [img] code. Just take out the *. |
how do you post a pic from your own computer that doesnt have a web link? is that possible?
ETA: yikes that outfit is horrible.. and expensive!!! |
I don't believe it's possible to do so. You'll need to upload your picture files to a website. What I did was start my own webpage through geocities. You wouldn't have to go that far with it though. :)
|
i guess i could always post it on my website... hmm
|
Yeah. If anything maybe start a blank page just for the pictures you want to put on GC? You wouldn't have to "publish" it on your actual website.
|
I suggest opening a Photobucket.com account. It's free and you get a HUGE amount of storage space with direct linking allowed - unlike Geocities and Tripod and whatnot. It is totally awesome!!:)

That ring is totally pretty, by the way. But . . . If I get an item for 99 cents I want as little for shipping as possible . . . It does not cost that much to ship and if they're worried about turning a profit they should make the bidding start higher. :p
|
the ring
well they *are* shipping overseas... plus, you have to pay more if u start it at a higher price, and you have to pay more if it ends at a higher price... so i guess they are being sneaky and cutting costs
it still is a pretty good price though... my only complaint is they wont combine shipping. |
