J-board
 

I just wanted to know what others Delta Zetas think about J-board.

I think that J-Board is a very effective way of handling problems within a chapter. It allows the sisters to resolve issues without having to involve Nationals.

J-board is a fabulous thing. As dzrose93 stated, it most definitely is an effective way to solve problems.

I think it is great!

Its fine... I just don't personally like a hierarchy among active sisters, but it does what it has to do

when used correctly (or used at all, as i think it should be), i think it can be completely beneficial.

ive been a j-board representative for my chapter for almost two years now, and so far it has proven to be incredibly effective!
