What do your rush shirts say?
 

For acouple of semesters we had just plain shirts (Blue shirt w/ yellow writing, and black shirt w/ white writing.) It said "Rush ZBT" on the front left side, then on the back it said "Fraternity Redifined" with a screen print of our crest as well.

Then we decided to change it up a bit, so acouple semesters ago we got shirts that had a picture of a keg with letters (ZBT) on it. At the top of the t-shirt we had "I'M DRUNK" in bold big letters, then on the back of the shirt we spelled out DRUNK: (Diversity, Respect, Unity, Nationally-Known).


Acouple of semester ago, our then president went to a conference and he saw a rush shirt that was pretty kool. It was a brown T-Shirt, and it had the "UPS" logo, but itstead of the letters "UPS" it said the letters of the fraternity, and underneath it said, "We have the best Packages on Campus!" I thought that was pretty funny.

What do your shirts say?

Our shirts last year said:
From the outside looking in you can never understand it. From the inside looking out you can never explain it!


The year before they said:
Shoot for the heavens and you'll land among the stars.

I think they are using a snotty one this year. Something like, Some girls have snotty slogans, but only we have the women to back it up!

Not sure though, they might have changed it.

I don't know if we get an informal recruitment shirt, but for formal recruitment, all the girls shirts match, with the exception of the color of "Recruitment 2004" written across the front, which matches the color of the sorority letters on the back for that specific sorority.

and then "Fall recruitment 2004"

There is a picture of a guy with a mullet and a shirt with D Chi letters on it.

its says "Delta Chi Fraternity, Business in the Front, Party in the back."

Our first year ours said

"We've only just begun" on the front and then on the back it said
ASA Superstars and under neath said "Your messing with a whole new family" or something like that.

Our second year we had my favorite letter shirt so far. Not sure what this years looks like.

on the front I dream of azd (like i dream of jeannie) on the back it said don't you wish you could be an azd too?

for spring rush in said alpha xi delta spring recruitment 2004 and on the back (i know it has been over done!!!!)

We also do Theme Day during Formal Rush, (ours is Garden Party~ it's the best part of Rush!) do you all do that as well???

Our Bid Day shirts the year I pledged had the slogan "If you're going to go Greek, why not be a goddess?" on them. I forget what last year's said, but this year's has a short poem on it that ends "...go to sleep with a smile, because you're an Alpha Xi." Again, I don't remember it; I have it written down somewhere but can't find it right now.

not to be a stickler, but shirts don't say anything, they read.

Our shirts a few years ago said, sorry read ;) the goddess quote as well. This past year they read "Its not what you've become, its what you've always been." I thought that was cute.

OMG-I am soooo guilty of this and my parents love to bust me on it too.


This group of Alpha Chi's have a great one
"Born to be your sorority here " and it is a Harley theme (Born to be Wild I am assuming). They wore black tanks with the Harley sumbol but instead of Harley is READS Alpha Chi Omega. It is really cute I think!

While I'm thinking about it:

my two favorite rush shirts that my boyfriend has:

1) the front says "FRONT" in yellow letters (I think the shirt is dark blue) and the back says "BACK" "it's just that simple" "Phi Mu Alpha"

2) this past year's shirt had "Naicisum" on the front and on the back it says "that's musician backwards" or something like that. There's some picture on the front ... I think it's a cartoon guy playing a brass instrument, but I can't remember off the top of my head, haven't seen the shirt in a while

There shirts were so cute that they made for the girls to wear...
It was a white shirt with all pink writing.. It said on the front
"Hey Guys, Rush Beta Theta Pi"
On the back in huge pink and white it said
RUSH BETA
It was so cute and the fact that they made them only for the GirlFriends of brothers in the house was good.. I mean I still sleep in mine haha...
