Xi - Illinois Wesleyan University
Monday, September 13 (Information Night)
Friday, September 17, Saturday, September 18 (Tours)
Friday, September 24 (Philanthropy)
Saturday, September 25 (Pref)

Phi - Oregon State University
Recruitment is the week before classes start (Monday,
September 27) so I'm guessing the 20th - 24th?

ALPHA LAMBDA - Ohio State University
Deferred Recruitment in January

Epsilon Psi - University of Texas at Dallas
September 8-13, 2004

Epsilon Phi - Texas Woman's University
August 26-29, 2004

Alpha Alpha- Deferred
Zeta Chi- September 25-October 3.

Zeta Theta - September 1st through 5th.

Zeta Beta has Spring recruitment.

Hello, I have a few dates for Kappa Gamma chapter at Texas A&M University at Corpus Christi.

This is concerning spirit/work week (copied from an e-mail):

Wednesday- August 18th
We will have one meeting time from 10am until 1pm. The next time will be from 2:30pm until 5:30pm. This meeting will be in Tejas 106 B.

Thursday- August 19th
We will be meeting around the same times... The UC is booked due to Orientation on Thursday and Friday, so the meeting times and places might be a little different....We will possibly be in a classroom instead.

Friday- August 20th
Again....Will be around the same times...I will get back to you on exact times and rooms.

Saturday- August 21st
This will be our long day!!!! .....We will be meeting from 10am until 5pm. This will be the most important day!! YOU MUST ATTEND ON THIS DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It will be held in the Tejas 106 B

Monday- August 23rd
We will have meeting on this day from 10am until 1pm and then again from 3pm until 6pm in the Tejas 106 B.

Tuesday- August 24th
LAST DAY!!!!! We will meet in the Lone Star 142 C. It will be from 10am until 1pm and then 2pm until 5pm

I just got these dates from my VP-F. She said it's still in contention so these may change...again!

SAC Day (Information session at Hart House Music Room) – Tuesday, September 14 (day time)

Join 101 (Orientation at OISE) – Tuesday, September 14 (afternoon/evening)

Round 1A – Wednesday, September 15 (House Tours: 7 houses, casual.)

Round 1B – Friday, September 17 (Catch-up Day: 7 houses, casual.)

Round 2 – Saturday, September 18 (Philanthropy Night: 5 houses max, slightly more dressy)

Pref – Monday, September 20 (Preference...obviously . 3 houses max, dressy attire.)

Bid Day – Tuesday, September 21

Oh looks like it has been changed. Last I checked, it was earlier (as seen on the U of T Panhel site).

We were encouraging them to change U of T's so that it was later... from Lauren's post, it looks like we won! Woohoo!

We haven't had a chance to update the website yet as we only had the meeting last night. Laureagd dates are the ones that are being voted on. Once confirmed, the website will be updated this weekend.

Gamma Tau, State University of West Georgia Sept 2-6

Unless something drastic happens, it will always be Labor Day weekend.
