AI Requirements

Can a collegiate initiate in a particular organization potentially join another organization's alumnae chapter? It would make sense for people that moved to areas where there isnt a strong alumnae presence from their previous org.

If her previous org is an NPC group, no she cannot intiate in another NPC group

If she is a member of an NPC affiliated organization, she could join a local alumnae panhellenic if available. I did that last year, even though there is no alumnae chapter for my org in the area. The women have been very welcoming and I have been able to educate other people about my organization.

You could always start an alumnae chapter of XO. I would have thought there'd be a chapter near you. Aren't you in Dallas/Forth Worth? I kow ther are 13 or 14 Chi O chapters in TX, I would think there'd be at least a few alum assoc's especially in the bigger cities.

I know you can join a Panhallenic Alumnae assoc. but I do not know about another groups. I know in college they don't usually allow "social afiliates", but sometime you can get in unoffically by being good friends with someone I guess. Hmmmmm...interesting!

Hope you find one!:)

I agree with an earlier poster that suggested that you either start an alumnae chapter for your org or join alum panhel. Good luck! :)
