theres this commercial that i saw tonight..it was advertising men's deodorant..this manican (sp?) uses this deodorant and is delivering pizza to some sorority..the girls open the door and smell the deodorant and they think the manican is a real guy because he smells good? so they start like petting the manican.. i dont know, i was really confused...so they are saying that the deodorant can make anyone into a man i guess? well whatever, i dont really care about the deodorant, but i was confused as to whether they were trying to imply something about sorority girls...that they arent very smart or something..cause why couldnt they have used regular girls? instead the girls were wearing white tank tops with their letters on it..and their door had their letters on it too. i got a quick glance and i know that the last letter was Pi..i wanna say Alpha Sigma Pi but i'm not 100% sure cause like i said, i only got a glance.

has anyone seen this commercial? maybe i am misinformed because i wasn't paying very much attention until i saw the letters on the girls' shirts..by that time half the commercial was over..

whoa you must not know the power of that deodorant cause with it on i can't go out with out the ladies flocking like seaguls and well i can't have that so i don't use the stuff anymore.

Its gotta be you SteelePike cause we have a member wear it and no girls ever flock to him! :eek:

i have seen that commercial. it is for Axe body spray. they always have trampy girls on it. they are trying to say that girls become slutty when they smell that stuff. :rolleyes:

it is a shame that 'loose' sorority girls sell products. what can we do? we have been outnumbered by horndogs:mad: :rolleyes:

As a real live sorority girl, I find this commercial funny. You know what it makes me think? That AXE's marketing department and some agency felt that sorority girls were desireable, and that by wearing their product, the mannequin was attracting desireable girls - so by being desireable via the wearing of AXE, he attracted desireable girls.

There are worse things in the world than to be seen as beautiful and desired.

If it's AXE doing the commecial, don't you think it more appropriate the the soroity is Alpha Chi Epsilon??? Just an observation....
