Leadership Academy
 

I was selected as the active from my chapter to go to the Leadership Academy this fall. I was just wondering if anyone here went to the Pilot program, and if so please share some of your memories from it; or if anyone will be going to the actual Academy with me.

One of my bestest friends, who I met after we accepted our bids, will be going from our chapter. Her name is KTK and I hope that you will meet her... she is awesome!! :D

There will only be sisters at the leadership academy... except for Bradford Woods staff I suppose.

That's the part I REALLY look forward to, being immensed in sisters from 131 different chapters whom I've never meant before... :)

I'll be attending 2004 Leadership Academy with Epsilon Lambda chapter (U. of Tennessee). They don't have a local alumna or advisor or house board member who can go with them, so since I am their PDC, I'll be filling their advisory slot for the weekend.

I'm looking forward to it!

My lil sis who is also one of my quadmates will be attending this fall. Linda from Zeta Epsilon at Lawrence U. :)

ZE was also one of the chapters to participate in the pilot program and Meredith had nothing but good things to say about it in the April weekend!

Bumping this thread because tomorrow is the kick off. I'm leaving after my Linear Algebra class gets out at 12:40 (and another active from my chapter will be going with me ^_^) and we will arrive just in time to fit into the 2-4:30 check in time...

SO EXCITED!!!!

Can't wait to get there tomorrow!

So how was it?!? I would have loved to go but Mr. ISUKappa and I had already planned a trip to NYC this past weekend. Maybe next year! I can't wait to talk to the women who went from the chapter I advise to hear what their experience was.

I just talked to KappaLadyK on the phone really quick and she said she had an AMAZING time! I am going to pick her up momentarily and hear more!! She said she met Shima-Mizu and she is a fabulous girl! ;) of course she is... she is a Kappa!! :)

Yup we did meet! She is also an amazing girl! I had a blast, it was such a great weekend. I'm currently working on a powerpoint to show my sisters next week during chapter. ^_^

Did not many other kappa's from greek chat go to the L.A.?

Shima and I had a great time! (Yay for Sky Blue!) I'm sure there must be more GCers who went...I'd hope anyway. Shima, how'd your presentation go?? Was your chapter as excited as you (and the rest of us) were/are?
