How would you close...
a letter to someone, like your boyfriend's parents, who you've only met once but spent the entire weekend with?
Cordially? Fondly? Regards? These all sound weird to me but I guess that's just because I never use them. What about "Take care,"? |
How about "All the best,"
If not, "Take care" is another good way to close it. |
Sincerely would be fine.
|
Probably "take care", but sincerely would work too..it just might seem a bit formal.
|
Sincerely is a good catch-all.
The body of the letter matters more than the closing. |
DearKellyB369,
I think the best way to end the letter would be the way I do it. Best Wishes, KillarneyRose :) Hope this helps! |
I think it would depend on what you're writing the letter about. Is it a thank you? A hello note?
|
It was a thank you note. I decided to go with "Take care."
Thanks for your help! I'll remember all of these suggestions in the future. |
how about "thank you", i mean if you had a really good time and they did some stuff for you ????? i like to close letters with thank you, because it kind of makes them seem formal, yet informal, i dont know :) good luck!!
|
i'd echo thank you again or hope to see you soon or take care.
