hey ladies, i saw this on the homepage of greekchat. i think it would be cool if we started a pen pal thing and send each other cards and pictures and stuff. like a more regular thing than secret sisters and not as expensive. as a recent college grad, i know it's always nice to get "real mail." there are only two dg chapters in nc, so i thought it would be nice to get to know another chapter out of state. it doesn't have to be collegiate either because i'm a recent alum. let me know if you wanna do it! i'm not sure how to organize it, but if anyone wants to help, that would be great!

hey ladies, sorry i haven't been moving on the whole pen pal thing lately. it's been a rough week. my friend's husband passed away tuesday night and he was only 27. my friend is my age, 22. he's been having heart problems and everybody's just been on pins and needles. i've also had summer school and 40 hrs of work a week. i will try sometime soon to get everyone a pen pal. thanks for being patient!

no problem Beth! i'm sorry to hear about your friend's husband. its terrible to lose someone at such a young age. take your time and if you can't do it, i can take over until you get settled!
