Male Beauty Pagaent
 

Alrite Ladies. Our chapter hosts a male beauty pagaent each year as our big fundraiser for Special Olympics. This upcoming schoolyear, it will be held in October. I need help with unique questions to ask the contestants, as well as a spiffy gift for the winner.

Do you guys work with your local Special Olympics chapter? If you do, maybe you could have your winner be featured at an event (Guest Referee, King of the Event, Award Presenter to the winner(s) at the event, Present the check to Special Olympics for the money you raised) for a "prize". Both the winner of the pagent (hopefully) and your Special Olympics chapter would feel good about that, and it doesn't cost anything (And maybe give him another small gift too).

Unique Questions:

(In the spirit of Special Olympics) If you had to be without one of your senses, which one would be the hardest to live without?

If you could live anyone else's life for a day, who would it be and why?

(If this is all-Greek) Who is the brother you most admire and why?

We have a male beauty pageant as well for Special Olympics, but I've never been or helped planned it because this is the first time we've done it since I've been in ASA (I've been in a semester). Sorry I can't help!!!

besides having the serious kinds of questions that AlphaFrog threw out there, you might want to throw in a couple silly questions to kinda lighten the mood... things like

If you could be any superhero who would it be???

or

If you could be any animal, which one would you pick and why???

it requires some thought but also let's the contestants show their lighter side!!!

I thought the male beauty pageant would be a cute idea, but I don't know how successful it would actually be here. A lotta students at my school aren't interested in activities held on-campus; they'd rather be partying!! :rolleyes:
