Ok, easy recipe!!

You need:
One large can of refried beans (any type)
2 boxes of Rice A Roni Spanish Rice
2 cans of diced tomatoes
Ground beef or chicken pieces (optional)
1 bag of shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese

Take a 9x13 casserole dish and spread the beans on the bottom of the pan. Prepare the rice as instructed on the package. Layer this on top of the beans. If you want meat, saute until done and put on top or in with the rice. Top the whole thing w/ half the bag of cheese. Place in the over @ 350 for around 25-30 min. Very yummy!

1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 box stuffing mix
2 chicken breasts, diced

Cut chicken sautee until it turns white. Cook stuffing as directed. Mix soup and sour cream in a bowl, add chicken. Pour soup mixture into a baking dish and top with prepared stuffing. Bake 30 minutes at 350.

It's really good!!

Okay, easiest thing ever but no one believes that it's three ingredients. You'll need a crock pot (great investment, by the way) and:
1 pound chicken breasts (boneless/skinless)
1-16 oz. jar of salsa (I use pace, but whatever you like will work)
1 package taco seasoning

Combine all of this in the crock pot in the morning and set crock pot on low. By dinner time you have shredded chicken for soft tacos, burritos or whatever. Trust me it's awesome!

Tom,

I knew there was a thread I had promised to start... Well, here's a few recipes that you should be able to make with little or no difficulty... I have written each step in GREAT detail for ya.

Honey-crusted chicken breasts:
shake and bake for chicken (on spice/baking aisle, usually)
chicken breasts
honey

Heat oven to 400. Moisten each breast by running it under some water. Put chicken into baggie with shake and bake. Shake until breast is covered. Lay breast onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Repeat until all breasts are covered.
Drizzle honey over each breast. Drizzle quite a good amount of honey onto each piece.
Cook for 35-45 minutes or until chicken is done.

Chicken pot pie
1 can veg all (mixed vegetables)
1 can of diced chicken (next to spam and tuna on aisle)
bisquick
cream of chicken soup
cream of celery soup
butter
black pepper

Heat oven to 375. In bowl, mix drained veg-all, soups, pepper, and chicken. Pour into casserole dish and set aside. Mix some bisquick and milk in a bowl. This should not be runny -- it should be a bit thick. Spoon bisquick mixture onto the mix in the casserole dish. It does not have to cover it completely -- just spoon some all over the dish.
Put pats of butter or margarine on top and cook until bisquick mix looks done and golden brown.

Chicken noodle soup
2 cans of diced chicken
1 pack of egg noodles
2 cans of chicken broth
onion flakes or chopped onion 1/4 c
1 can veg-all
salt and black pepper
celery chopped, 1/4 c

In dutch oven (the big, deep pot in a cookwear set...) combine chicken, noodles, broth, onion, veg-all, salt and pepper, celery. Bring to boil on stove top. (Add extra water as needed to mix) Cook until noodles are soft.

Jerusalem chicken
chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c rosemary
salt and pepper
3 T. white wine

In a ziploc baggie, combine chicken, oil, rosemary, salt, wine, and pepper. Let sit in baggie for 30 minutes. Place chicken breasts in a large casserole dish after spraying with Pam. Cook for 30-40 minutes at 400.

Pizza Bread
1 loaf Cole's garlic bread
Prego Spag. Sauce (traditional)
mozzarella cheese
(optional: add cooked ground beef)

Heat oven to 375. On greased cookie sheet, place loaves cut into 2-4 pieces. Spoon some spaghetti sauce onto loaves. (If adding browned ground beef, spoon ground beef on next.) Cover with cheese. Cook until cheese is melted.
