Greeks from Morehead State

Hey all! I just wanted to see how many greeks we have from Morehead State around here. I have seen a couple lately and it's great to see that there are other people from the 'Head around here.

Anne Marie

ps. If anyone else is around here for the summer....what in the heck is there to do? This is my first summer here and I am going crazy!

hey girl! I used to live in Morehead back in the day. Home is in Ashland and school is in Lexington. My roomie freshmen year was a Gamma Phi at MSU.

You can come to Lexington, there is stuff to do here. :)

I'd agree to a get together in Lexington for sure if you are looking for something to do! :D

Louisville definitely has Lexington beat.

j/k...

Just trying to stir up more trouble between the cities (as if it's really needed come football season). No matter where you are, the people make the place.

The good UK people like basketball...but those weird UofL people might be a different story. I remember during my freshman year after the UK/UofL football game (which we lost), there was some weird guy decked out in UofL stuff wandering about my dorm gloating about how they won. I think he was the father of someone who lived in that dorm, otherwise, why in the world would they have let a rabid UofL fan in? It's just not right...

You know, I'm from Lexington but I went to U of L for two semesters! It was enough for me to fall in love w/ the city, university, people, etc.

Even after transferring to UK, I'm still a HUGE U of L fan, I even have a two stickers on my car!

Oh yeah, and I don't know any Greeks from Morehead state except for maybe one or two & they aren't on this board.

Hey I go to Morehead and live next to three Delta Zeta's...Tiffany, Mary, and Allie...of course they are not here right now. As for things to do in Morehead right now...well there's pretty much nothing to do. I have just been hanging out with people. But if my roommates and I ever have a party your more than welcome to come!!!!

Basketball may be bigger, but football comes first. RV's definitely start appearing at Commonwealth Stadium the Thursday before the game, so I'm guessing for the hardcore the rivalry never ends.

Kayla,
I know where you are talking about. I am close friends with Ali, and Tiffer. I am from maryland too. They were back last weekend and had a little get together...haha I live in Clearfield too. Do any of your sister go to the p lounge? We go atleast once a week. That place is great! It is getting more popular with the college students. It used to be just townies....sometimes it was kinda scary! Well if you ever go there we should meet up!

hey, yeah i saw them for a few minutes but i went home last weekend. there are several girls who go up there but i thought you had to be 21 to get in so i have never been. yeah from what i heard it used to be townie central. ill have to check it out.

DZTUBAGIRL 07-06-2004 02:12 PM

Yeah you do have to be 21 but it is easy to get in. If the people who I go with know you they can just tell the owner that you are ok. We go there all the time and we know the owner and the bartender. As long as you look older you probably won't have a problem. Tiffer and Ali went there last semester.
