Big plans for the 4th?
 

Im picking up one of my my brothers from the airport in a few hours. We are going to chill with some friends and have Capital Fourth. Going down to the mall and see the fireworks. Maybe a bbq and some coronas.

My parents are vacationing in the mountains where I went to college, so we're going up to spend the weekend w/ them. It's nice to get back to campus, but I always realize when I get that that I've stepped back into time about 30 years....so that's the un-fun part.

Going to dad's. Block parties start at 6 a.m. Parties, parades, drinking, boating, fireworks....it's an all day event. :D

Since my sister is pregnant (her ultra-sound revealed she is having an alien) and my brother in-law isn't worth beans at home improvement I am going to their place to stain their kitchen cabinets that my father stripped down last week.
Uncle Joel needs to figure out if his nephew's aunt is coming down to painting the nursery too.

I'm going to be handing out campaign promotional items in the parade here in Edmond, OK for a State Senate candidate.

Cookout at the boyfriends parents' place. They have the inground pool, so we all flock to their house when the time is right! ;) Then, it's off to the fireworks! I love fireworks! :) I'm going to make the Cool Whip, strawberry, and blueberry flag cake. It's such a hit! And it's so cute. Yeah, I love this holiday!

Picking up my friends at LAX and spending the weekend on the beaches of Santa Monica and surrounding areas. :cool:

Braves game tonight, and then a cook out tommorow and another cook out on Sunday. And a WHOLE DAY OFF on Monday, so I am sleeping in!
Its going to be fun!

I'm working 12-5 at one job and then 6-Close at another (Close is midnight...so like 1AM I'll get home). :(

My parents are going to a barbeque at a friends house and going to see the fireworks.

There's a spot I've gone every year the past few years to see the fireworks over the Charles...I'll probably make my way down there this year.
