Pensacola Beach, Ft. Walton, Gulf Shores area question
 

For those who have been to this general area of Florida/Alabama, what restaurants/attractions/etc. do you recommend?

My mother-in-law and I are taking my son and my nieces to this area in a week. So, these need to be fairly family friendly...

Grew up in the general area. I don't go back very often (maybe once or twice a year?) so my suggestions may be outdated. Since the beach is our backyard, I can't make any good beach suggestions.
