arm fat

Okay, I have a wedding one month from tomorrow. My bridesmaid dress is strapless, and I have those little rolls of arm fat right under my armpit. How do I get rid of it? I mean, I do all my cardio and don't have much fat on my body, but is there a way to spot-tone that area?

lifting weights?

I'd go with the weights. If it's what I think it is, I'd spend time working on my triceps if I were you because nobody wants bat wings :)

With your arm behind your back (elbow pointing up) grab a dumbbell and curl it up so your hand comes up top and do 3 sets of 10 on each arm. That's pretty basic and hard to mess up or anything.

Here is the dress:

You can see even the model has a little fat...not actually on her arms, but that little chunk right above the top of the dress.

You can't spot reduce. You only have a month so by all means weight train to take some of the fat off.

Don't just do triceps though. Do your entire body.

So anyway, take some aerobics classes and cut your calories.

I think what the model has is kind of normal, so if that's all you have then I wouldn't worry about it.

OMG, I just asked a similar question @ the gym today. Cardio to get rid of the fat, weights to tone your arm! Good luck, you don't have much time!

Are you sure that your arms aren't fine, but the top band of the dress is maybe a tad too snug? That could push up and out on the skin and muscle you have there and make you look like you have a little bulge but it's not fat at all.

That's a really pretty gown, by the way :)
