going alum
 

hello ladies,
i have a difficult question, I'm having some personal and money problems, and i can't return to school this fall, and it isn't likely i can do it in december either, but i'm not sure yet. I think i should go alum or temp alum, but i'm worried because i'm on probation because of my grades. Does that mean that I can't go alum???
I know it's a privilage and techinically i'm not in good standing so i'm confused. Does anyone know??

Sorry to hear about your troubles, Jess. You need to contact your CCD to get the answers to your questions. My understanding is that you cannot be an alumna in good standing if your are on any kind of probation, but I don't know if that applies to academic probation...especially if you will not be enrolled at the school any longer.

Again, check with your CCD - she will have the info you need & will know what to do. Good luck!

thank you for your reply, i'm sorry i havn't responded yet, the past few months have been difficult. i'm alum in good standing and everything!! and it looks like i'm going to be able to get back into school in spring or next fall, i can' wait to go back!!
