Ideas for Greek Sing/ Mock Jam?
 

Every year my chapter competes in Greek Sing (where the girls sing and dance... basically like a musical), and Mock Jam, where we simply dance and lip-sync to a song. Lately we have been running out of super creative ideas. Does anyone have any cool ideas that may have been done by other chapters/sororities? The more creative they are, the better! Thanks a million! :)

For greek week last semester my chapter had a "Job Fair" theme for Lip Sync. We won the event and because of that we also won greek week (we were running neck and neck with the ASAs).

We picked jobs that worked well with songs and did dances that related, along with fitting costumes.

We did "Get a Job" (you know... "yip yip yip yip boom boom boom Get a job") for the opening part, then Cowboy by Kid Rock, Bad Boys for Police Officer, I like to move it for UPS worker, I'm too sexy for model/stripper (although we kept it clean), In the Navy, Wait a minute Mr. Postman, Who let the dogs out for Dog-catcher, Men in Black for FBI, Hey Mr. DJ stuff like that.

At the end we did "Honey I'm Home" by Shania Twain where everyone (30+ people) got on the stage and did this big dance in unison.

I know in the past we've used Secret Agents as a theme, and we've seen other chapters do a School theme and a "ghost" theme (thriller, adams family, ghostbusters, etc.)

Nope, you aren't too late! This stuff all happens next fall and Spring, so I am just trying to get some ideas running in my head before we all get crazy-busy with recruitment and school work! I know sometimes these things kind of sneak up on us, and I am just trying to get a one-up in the idea department! Thanks so much for the ideas! I appreciate them (and any others)! :)
