Based on their definition of "saluting" that is nothing new. Nevertheless, this site is interesting to me since I was president of a Multicultural Greek Council.

I saw that too, but I'm trying to let it ride since it was a student project. ;)

Yeah it seemed like the page was dedicated to LGLOs not really MGCs. In terms of unique traditions I like the concept of chapter numbers.

I just think that the person who wrote the article didn't explain saluting properly because saluting is definitely something totally different than what I have ever seen a greek organization do before.

Can you explain the difference?

It really hard to describe. I went to a Multicultural Step/Dance/Variety Show one time that Zeta Sigma Chi put on and Lambda Theta Phi and Lambda Theta Alpha did salutes. The people who I were with me were amazed because they never seen a salute before. It is so different that those two organizations usually won't perform in shows that are all step. The don't use their hands or feet to make beats. They basically tell a story and act it out standing in a single file line (not side by side, but standing behind each other). I'm sorry that I'm not describing saluting very well. A member of those organizations would probably do a better job of it than I can.
