Formal Recruitment
 

So, it's getting closer to September, and Panhellenic Formal Recruitment is approaching. Our chapter really wants to do well in formal recruitment and I was wondering if other Phis would be able to give me some advice. Do you also have Formal Recruitment with all the sororities on Campus? How does your's work? Does your chapter normall do well? Is it fair? I'll probably think of other questions later. If someone would like to PM me with their stories, that would be great.
