I felt REALLY proud to be a Sigma when.....
 

I felt really proud when......
 

We were one point away from winning greek week but took home chapter of the year at the Greek Awards Banguet (52 weeks is better than 1...Chapter of the Year!;) We were Chapter of the Year two years in a row but lost it my freshman year but we got it back this past year....I was so proud of my sisters and our strong sisterhood:)

i felt really proud when..... sigma won the sisterhood award for the 9 year in a row and finally won chapter of the year!!!

since JocelynC (my little, hehe) and i are both members of the Alpha Beta chapter at Kent State, i would have to say that all of the times when i have been proud to be a Sigma are the same ones as her's....when our homecoming float won, when we were voted most improved, when we unveiled the plans for our new house at founders day...lots of times in my one short year. but i would also have to say every time that we have arc degreed new members and everytime we have a big/lil revealing (especially when i got my little, hehe). it makes me proud of how our chapter is growing.

When we won Greek Week this year for the 4th year in a row! :D

*We were installed as the FIRST national sorority on our campus

*Each time I see sisters go through Pref and Initiation

*WINNING Greek Week our first year out!

*I went to DLC and met sisters from every state whom I didn't know personally but somehow felt I knew forever & when I was there finding out a girl I graduated HS with was a Sigma too at a different school!!

*Our reputation on campus remains the "sweetest, nicest, and smartest" girls around.

*Each time I remember I am living the principles set forth in our vow

I was proud to be a Sigma:

During the three days after my arc degree when I got to wear badge wear and our awesome new member pin, I got tons of congrats from greeks around campus and was so proud to represent Sigma for the first time!!

During our pref ceremony when we all really feel the sisterhood and are sharing it in an intimate way with women we really want to join our circle

whenever we perform at greek sing, b/c we always win over the crowd, this year we got a standing ovation for our rendition of "yeah" by Usher featuring ludacris!!

whenever one of my guy friends tells me that they wouldn't tell a girl to go any other way but Sigma (even though all the groups are great).
