They turn 18 today. According to news sources, they are worth around $150 million. They will be attending NYU this fall.

Some of my sisters at NYU (Alpha) were telling us about when the Olsen Twins visited the school. I told them that they should recruit them for the sorority. I really want them to rush and pledge. That would be so cool.

If they join DPhiE, can I still make fun of them?

I think they're scary looking. In every picture I've seen of them, they're only half smiling, like they're evil or up to something bad.

No!!!! If Mary Kate and Ashley do pledge, maybe more of your brothers will show up to our mixers. :p

I remember watching them on Full House when they were babies. I feel really old now that they are "grown ups". This reminds me, I was training my replacement at my old job the other day, she is 21 and fresh out of undergrad. She didn't realize that Ronald Reagan had been an actor. We met the NYU Alpha sisters a few month's back and most of them were also born in the early 80's. Wierd. I am old.

After watching their Marathon yesterday on ABC Family, I came to the conclusion that as the girls (the don't like being called "The Olsen Twins anymore") grew older, they began to suck at acting.

They were definitely better as Michelle Tanner.

Anyway, as actresses they suck...but one can't help but be amazed at their financial success at such a young age. According to their interview on Oprah, they officially become Presidents of their company, Dualstar, for their 18th birthday.

I think they'd be an asset to any sorority at NYU, despite what the masses think. :)

Wow. You sound pretty decisive about that. If they join DPhiE, I'll do my best. We both know, however, that after they're 100th appearance on the front page of the New York Post, I'm going to have a tough time controlling myself.
