Recruitment Idea....
 

Ok, smack me and delete this thread if this is a "duh" idea, but I just had a thought...

What if during recruitment each woman of the soroity had their own "unique" question to ask besides the "What major are you" "What year are you" etc....such as "Have you ever been to a forgien country" or I don't know, can think...used up all my brain power to come up with the idea...but I don't know...so each sister had at least 1 unique thing to say...

That sounds like a great idea.

Another thing to always remember is NEVER ask questions that have one word answers. If you get a shy rushee, this is a total disaster because she will only give you one word.
