For purchases: I use paper.
For bags: I prefer plastic. After I come home and put the groceries away, I can use the plastic bags as liners for my bathroom trash can. :D :p

Soror, I do the same thing. People think I"m being cheap. But what else could you use those small bags for?

I guess I"m backwards. When I was in college, I used those scented bags from wal-mart. Of course, my liners were pink.

I especiallly love the target and walmart bags. I get to put more trash in those. :p

I get the paper bags about once a month or two, because my small town won't recycle newspapers without them.
