Any ladies take part in a panty exchange?
For those who don't know, it's kind of a chain letter where you receive this letter and you send a new pair of panties with the tag still intact to the person listed as #1. Then you list your #2 person (the person who sent you the letter) as #1 and you as the new #2. Then when your people get the letter thy are to send you a pair of panties.
The letter (I don't have the exact wording) says you will receive 36 pairs if everyone follows the directions. But how is that 36 and not 12? I'm having trouble figuring out how you get 36. For those who have no idea what I'm talking about, I apologize! |
I've gotten that letter before. Never did it though. I'll buy my own panties thankyou

I got one of those letters in the mail. I never participated, though. Something about getting underwear from random people that just doesn't sit right with me....

I received this chain letter about two years ago. I sent it on, but didn't participate.
The reason you get 36 (or whatever amount) is because you are sending it to 6 people...those people will send it to their friends and you receive packages from those people. (6x6=36) |

But then wouldn't it be 12? If six people send me one pair each I get 6. Then if another group of six sends me one pair each that is 6 more. 6+6=12. The 36 doesn't make sense to me at all. |
Ick! When I saw this thread I thought of a friend of mine who is always asking me for a pair of panties so he can sell them on eBay.
My next thought was of the last time I was in Vicki's. I was standing in the checkout line, and the girl in front of me was returning some underwear. The lady asked her if she had worn them, and the girl was like, "Eww. No!" The checkout lady said, "You'd be surprised....." Groce. I think I'm going to have to start going commando. ETA: The reason it's 36 is b/c this: say Ann sent you the letter. You now forward the letter on to 6 people w/ Ann listed as #1. Well, Ann sent this letter to 5 other people...so that's 5 more people who send the letter on to 6 people w/ Ann listed as #1. 6 groups of 6 people = 36 icky pairs of underwear! |

I actually did do this back in high school, not bad to get a variety of undies :p If you know the girls that are going to be participating, then it's okay.

If you break the chain, what happens? I'm almost afraid to know. ;)

Ok, so now I have a question regarding this practice. How are you guaranteed that you get the correct size? Assuming you'd want to wear what you received (no way in HELL that I would, but anyways) do you tell everyone your size or is it luck of the draw? What if you're very small or very big? What do you do then? I'd rather not have people knowing what size I wear. That's a bit too close to home for me.

So none of you think this is stupid? In the words of a great man "y'all some dirty hoes".
