Thats the most excited about hockey I ever got. Definately have to go to a bunch of Thrasher games next year.

I am also very proud of the people of my community and how they celebrated last night. It was a great game and should have been a complete shut out - Calagry didn't deserve that power play - but I'll take the 2-1 win. :D

I was going to their games when they couldn't win anything, and got no respect. Now look at them:cool: I guess they really did know what they were doing drafting all those really young players :D

No offense to any warm weather folks here, but ain't it a shame when a team who plays in a climate of 85 degree days wins the Stanley Cup?!?!

Ya'll are just jealous because we live in one of the greatest cities in America in you live in a frozen tundra! :D

Either way, there will be a parade for the Bolts (just as there was for the Bucs when they won the Super Bowl) tomorrow starting from Downtown Tampa and going to the Forum at 12noon.

Now all we need is for the Devil Rays to get their arses in gear and win the World Series and we'll have them all! :)

Of course, being the only American in my household, I was the only one cheering for the Bolts! Hell Florida is the state of my birth (was born in Key West!)

I think the rest of my Canadian family has forgiven me for Cheering the Lightning (although I thought Iginla shoulda gotten MVP)
