What would you do - a questions to members
The organization (sorority) of my interest at my university was recently caught having an underground line. (It was only one member doing it and she had several girls already with numbers). So, now they are in trouble and if they have a line the graduate chapter will be taking over. Also, all of the current members are seniors. if the Intake process is conducted by the grad chapter....the new members this fall will only have a chance to be paper. And being that there will no longer be any on our campus after this year...it will continue to be the only choice. What is your suggestion for a prospect?

You would be better served to post this message to the forum specific to the sorority.

What is an underground line?

If you wish membership in that sorority, then you follow the guidelines of those who are conducting the intake or you risk loosing your chances of ever gaining membership in college.

I agree, Crimson Diva wholeheartedly.

In the vast majority of cases it means the person wouldn't be recognized by the National as an actual member. They would just wear letters and belong to the local group. |
