We'll Be On MTV!!!
 

Oh my goodness! MTV wants to film our chapter for TRL!!! They will be doing it this Monday! YAY!!! I don't know if it will be live or if it's being taped for a later broadcast but I'll update when I find out!!! However, we should be easy to spot. We'll be wearing jeans & black & hot pink tank tops that say Sigma Kappa.

Ummm. . .does your advisory board know about this? I don't know exactly what our national policy is, so it may be fine, but you might want to run it by someone first. MTV doesn't exactly have the best track record when it comes to sororities.

I just found out that they have requested we wear our letters. This does not sound good to me so I have decided to drop my name from the list of gals participating. I really feel that they might try to distort our image so it's better if we don't participate. I can only hope that my gals will feel the same when I present this argument to them.

You should really run this past your Ad Board ! ! ! Can't say that strong enough! ! ! Think there is something in policy about interviews with the press ( chapters are not allowed?? only a spokesperson or someone from National??)

If this broadcast was something like the "Today" show.. I'd say great, but MTV I really have a gut feeling this is not a good thing!!
