Summer School Anyone?
Who's taking classes this summer? The summer session course listings for the graduate department at the University of Toronto will be released in a few days. I'll figure out what I'm taking once it's out. All I need is one "half" (semester long) course and the approval of my research paper, and I'll have my M.Ed!!!!!

I'm taking one summer session class! It's an internet Global Logistics couse.. my first internet course so it should be interesting!
|
Ah... i might pick up a course during the summer for interest....

Just call me stupid, but I will be taking 22 hours worth of summer school!! I just have that and then 18 hours in the fall and I am DONE!! Im taking Investments, Principles of Marketing, Into to Earth Science and the Lab, Business Law, Accounting II, Quantative Stats II, and History II. We have 5 sessions to take summer school, and im not overloading in any of the sessions. Two of the classes im taking correspondence which is awesome. I think that summer school is so much easier than classes during the regular semester, especially all of the bs classes.

We also have two full summer sessions that last 4 weeks long (one in June, and the other in July) and the classes meet 4 days a week for two hours every day (unless it is an internet class) |
Unfortunately I will be taking classes in the summer. Right now I'm trying to figure out the finances. I only have four classes left and I would like to take all four this summer but I not sure I could afford that. I just filed for financial aid for the summer and hopefully I will still have some money avaible for the summer.
The only problem with my classes they are not offered at all the time because I am taking my master's classes.:( |
Full time, as always :(

I signed up for two classes this summer. I have an intership class and a regular class.
ETA: I recently added an independent research class to my summer schedule. |

I've figured out what I'll be taking during the summer session. It's a course called "Approaching Shakespeare", also known as CTL 5001.
ETA: CTL stands for Curriculum, Teaching and Learning. The course description indicates that students taking this course will be addressing the "historical and literary contexts of the plays as dramatic or performative texts" as well as examining the stage history and adaptations among other things. Should be fun. |
I'm taking Clinical Microbiology this summer for 4 credit hours for sure.
If they let me take some of the nursing classes early, I may take one or two of them as well. |
Yep...I'm taking "Children's Literature" and "First Aid & Safety", only 6 hours.
|
I just transferred from UK to Morehead for my post-bac studies, so I thought I'd get a head start and take a summer class...I wanted to do 2 but they only offer one of the ones I need so that's what I'm taking...it's some kind of Educational Foundations class. Got to have it, they say.
