I'd say Mignon Faget. During my new member period I found out that she was a Chi- O. If you are from Louisiana-esp. New Orleans- you've seen her beautiful jewlery and you try to collect every peice you can get your hands on! I know she's expanding- esp. in New York and Miami. I'm so proud she's from New Orleans and even more proud that she's a Chi-O. I just wish she'd make a special collection for Chi-Os because she's already made something special for her high school, my high school, and Tulane U.
