Instant Messenger Chat
 

Do any of you guys use your Instant Messenger's chat/conference feature to chat with several folks here on GC? I've added a few folks into my lists but I talk with them individually.

Is this something any of you have any interest in doing? I'd like to see how we interact with each other in real time.

If you'd like to participate I guess the best thing to do is ensure your IM name is on your profile and reply to this thread with the time of day that is best for you to chat freely.

Anybody down?

I prefer Yahoo or MSN. Even though MSN is not listed on our profiles

I think there are threads around here where GCers revealed who they are on MSN/Yahoo/aol.

I cannot remember if it's here or on the Ave or both. :D

Should I assume that they would want to be included in a group chat or wait for people to express their individual interest?

Or do y'all do this now on a regular basis?

The threads that I was able to search out simply had GC'ers share their screennames but it seemed as if they were geared more for one on one conversations.

There is the GC Chat. It is available. I know we had a "Do you want to chat thread on the Ave."

If peeps want to chat, then that's available. I guess it's really on a individual basis.

I've gone to the GC Chat and no one ever seems to be there.

Seriously, if you say let's set up a time to chit chat at the GC chat area (for your frat, AKA or DST etc. ) then peeps will come.
