GC Get Together: So Cal, NYC, DC and FLA

Starting May 15, I am unemployed! Let's celebrate! I'd love to have a GC So Cal get together!

I will be in Orlando the week of June 9.

DC the week of June 28

NYC the week of July 5.

Ft Lauderdale-Miami the week of July 12.

I would love to get together and hope to meet some of you!

ETA: I am also in the process of planning a cross-country roadtrip. I would love an opportunity to meet with some of you in the midwest! Once I figure out the route, I will let you know where we'll be!

I'm all about an O-Town meet up. What date will you be in Orlando until? I'm thinking that the weekend would be best for everyone (June 12-13).

i want to try my hardest to be there. i am going to be spending a lot of my summer in central florida anyway, so that could be awesome!!!

I almost missed this....that sounds good to me for the DC get together. MAYBE, just maybe, I can spearhead something......I dunno yet.

I'd love to go to an Orlando get-together, if I'm able. I also agree that the weekend sounds best.

O-Towners: Where shall we meet? I'd love to do a daytime get together, so we're not in too loud of a place and can talk!!! :) Should it be by UCF? Should we take pictures to post on Greek Chat? Should we wear letters?

God, I am SUCH a dork, but how fun would it be to have a Greek Chat UCF Gathering with all of us wearing our UCF Greek jerseys? :)

The UCF area sounds good since that's where sherbertlemons and me are located. As for wearing our letters or jersey, I kinda don't have my jersey here in Orlando...heh. I brought to my parents' place for storage after graduation. All my other t-shirts and letter shirts were made into a quilt. I have a few shirts that I still wear to the gym but they're gym shirts which means they're not flattering. :p I still have my lavalier, though! So we could all wear our lavaliers!

We should definitely take pics and put it on GC.

Anywhere around the UCF area is fine. Of course, we could do things in true Orlano style and meet up in Downtown Disney or Citywalk so we can take pictures with either Disneyish or Universalish stuff in the background.

I don't have a real lavaleire- just the key one all the charter members of our chapter were given. We can either wear our lavaleires or our jerseys, but the thought of jerseys sounds pretty darn cute to me. :) (ZTAngel's lack of hers notwithstanding. :) )

ETA: ZTAngel, that's exactly what I want to do with my shirts after I graduuate.
