Soap Operas: ATWT and Guiding Light...
 

Okay, since I'm getting ready to go back to work, I started this thread to keep abreast of what's happening on ATWT and GL.

For you ATWT watchers, I think that James Steinbeck has returned from the grave and tried to kill Barbara. If it's not James, I think Paul has something to do with it. I think that Craig is innocent and probably realizes that Paul has something to do with it.

What do you all think? I hope there are some viewers of this show...

I've been out of the loop with ATWT lately, but you have got to be kidding me...James Stenbeck is resurrected AGAIN?

Is it just me or did you all lose count as to how many times he's risen from the dead?

AKA2D please! Is this what you think? Or what you read somewhere? I am sick of Reva and Josh together. I hope that Josh can forgive Olivia when he finds out what she has been up to and they stay together.

I am sick of Reva and Josh together, forever! (I did say that already). I can't stand Marah either (like mother, like daughter). She has been married to every man in that family. She does not even deserve Noah!!

I can't stand Beth either. I wish she would get a backbone and be an independent woman for once in her life. She should look to her mom Lillian as an example. And no Beth and Philip together either. I thought it was a shame how he lost Harley because he can't stay out of Beth's life.

I think Stenbeck is back. He has gone after Barbara, Emily, and Molly....the connection is there. Anytime they need a little "fire" in the show, who else reappears? Everyone else is boring besides Craig Montgomery.

Ben Harris---now I love me some Ben but that brother knows he can smother any woman he loves. Why don't they get someone on the show who loves him back? Put me on there for Ben....naw I think I'm in love with Isaac, not feeling his twists though.

Don't you all think the story line of Gus Alturo could have been better if Gus was the half brother of Danny....with Selena being his mother? Gus could have been getting revenge because he didn't get the attention like Danny and his brother got from the father.

Ok on to Beth..how in the hell do you fall off the side of a castle and live, put a bandaid on your forehead, chill in Mexico, and get kidnapped by your husband..all in a matter of weeks?

I think Carmen is alive also.

I love these soaps too. I have been watching both for almost 20 years. Gosh, it sounds like forever but I am really not that old. Here are some links that I use to keep up. I tape these and the Bold and the Beautiful everyday but I missed yesterday's due to a power outage. Darn weather!

Reva and Josh together, definitely. Olivia is crazy and makes me sick. Reva and Josh need to be together because that's the nature of the show, they were meant for eachother. Harley and Phillip, well, that was bound to happen. Remember Beth and Phillip were supposedly the love of eachother's lives. But Beth makes me sick and Phillip tries to run everyone around him.

I was raised on Guiding Light (all the women in my family watch it), so I was too gassed to see Alex come back, and come back she did, can't wait to get home from work today to watch it...
