Ohio considers preventing access to contraception
This is pretty much for those of you who are in Ohio. There is a bill up for consideration that would allow those individuals who distribute medication (e.g. pharmacits) to discriminate when it comes to medication they, individually, deem as preventing life, if they choose. For some, this would be emergency contraception, for some, any contraception, for others nothing.
You can read a little about it here and if you choose, send a letter in oppossition of the bill: http://www.ppaction.org/campaign/hb68?rk=c11BRd71pB8QW |
that's one of the most ridiculous things i've heard. besides that law this one senator is trying to get, to ban low rise jeans...
