Don't owls eat squrriels? poor kids are going to be really confused.

is this going to turn into a "my-mascot-ate-your-mascot" thing? are we going to have to alert NPC?? :p

Actually, the owl would eat the squirrel. Wonder if that is the big finale. End it all in a huge bloodbath, could be nice.

I can just picture it now. All the little kiddies confused and upset by this new definition of friendship and the bloodbath. The parents, I'm sure, would be thrilled.

Well....squirrels run pretty fast! I know I would if I had a grumpy owl (or even maybe a grumpy squirrel, lol) after me.
