Thank you, Alpha Omicron Pi!
 

Yesterday my daughter ASLFRose graduated from her university! It was a fabulous, memorable day--cool breezes that smelled like honeysuckle kept wafting across the stadium and the whole ceremony culminated with a bald eagle swooping low over the graduates as the alma mater was sung.

So she's an alum now and I'd like to thank AOII for giving her 4 wonderful years. AOII gave her poise and sisterhood and taught her time management and responsibility (she was Risk Management and Ritual). She gave them a high GPA (cum laude grad) and some good PR (she was Golden Key, ODK, a Bell Honors student, and an Ambassador). A win-win deal!

Thank you, Alpha Omicron Pi. I have nothing but praise for you guys!

You deserve the praise, however. You obviously have a woderful daughter! You, I am sure, have been responsible as parents for her growing into such a fabulous young lady!

Awww, thanks C! Congratulations to ASLFRose, the college graduate and new AOII alumna!!! Oh, how wonderful for her and for you and the whole darn Carnation Nation (with all those Pi Beta Phi, Alpha Omicron Pi and Chi Omega legacies still to come!)

I used to advise that chapter and I can tell you--your daughter was truly an asset to the chapter!

Thank you Carnation! ASLFRose is certainly an asset to Alpha Lambda and AOII as a whole. I'm sure she will make just as much of a mark on any alumnae chapter that she becomes a part of.

Thank you all for the kind words...I told her about the thread and she was sooo moved. She is now over in Gadsden visiting her AOII cousin who just gave birth to :eek: triplet boys:eek: but I intend to print this out and show it to her.
