Someone motivate me. Please.
 

Let me just say that I have a 5 page research paper due tomorrow night. Have I started it?

Well, I've thought of starting it....

Someone give me some motivation to NOT wait until 3 tomorrow afternoon when it's due at 6....

my dad always said "the sooner you start your homework, the sooner you'll finish it!"

I hope you wrote your paper.

Start writing it - just do some kind of stream-of-consciousness typing about the topic. (I'm assuming you've done your research?) Write non-stop for one hour - set a timer - no breaks, no editing. If you've written everything you can before time is up, see how many pages you have and then start editing. Once you get started, you'll get into a writing groove. Good luck!

Honestly, the hardest part of writing a paper is getting started. Once you begin, it's remarkable how quickly you can finish it.

That being said, DO YOUR PAPER. :p

Where oh WHERE was this thread last night? I could have had great fun. I wrote 2 papers last night. :p

I didn't get the paper done for this reason: I looked at my syllabus and it isn't due until this Wednesday. :)

Just think... This is our LAST week! It's almost over:) Good luck on your paper!

P.S. If you have to go do any school observations, mini-lessons, etc. I have a GREAT teacher at Hobgood. Let me know and I will get you in touch with her. She would bend over backwards for MTSU education students!
