You know innocent until proven guilty......BUT..... he is sooo freaky and to hear him explain how sharing a bed is the most loving thing in the whole world......he exudes freakness! if he did it or not i dont know but the man is freaky!

A criminal case can't be settled out of court. The only options are
dropping the charges, which I can't imagine California will do,
a plea bargain, which the judge will have to accept and then impose a sentence with regard to any guilty pleas, and which I can't imagine Jacko will do, or
letting a jury decide.
