how do ya tell ur auntie
 

i was just wondering if there were any peoples out there who were legacies of GLO's other than the one they choose... and how did you tell the women you've modeled yourself after your whole life that in your heart theres something other than whats in theirs...

Sometimes it's not good to say anything at all until you have done it...most of us who are of legacies have been told "OK now, you can go for whichever one you like but if it's not the one I'm in - then I'm not paying for it"

.....However in my case - it wasn't like that - my mom who is a Zeta didn't show any animosity towards my sister and I when we told her (individually) we're going the way we did

- as long as you're happy is what counts!!

My godmother was and still is devasted that I decided to pledge Alpha Kappa Alpha. She is a Zeta and even tough she never pushed Zeta on me, I know she wanted me to be a Zeta. I didn't tell her untill after I had been intiated ....she was hurt. She still tells my sisters how much I hurt her by my decision. However, my cutes 'nalia is from her!!
