I don't know if anyone else has heard of lambda10.org, but all this talk about the 'Pledged' book has reminded me of it. It features books about gay greeks' experiences, and the few they have on their site is interesting. It also has some neat info about different GLOs policies on sexual orientation, and education programs to help raise awareness within your group.
it's really interesting and I recommend checking it out.

yeah but i think the site may have changed since then, because from the discussion about it there it seems to have only been a list of people, whereas now its more of a resource for dealing with homosexuality/homophobia in the greek community.

Actually, I think that being a resource for dealing with homosexuality/homophobia in the greek community has always been the main purpose of lambda10. The list of "who's out" was put together to further that purpose by showing that GLOs already have many gay members.
