The Phi Kappa Sigma house at MIT is on Beacon St. in Back Bay. There are a number of MIT fraternity houses located in that general area. It's not far from Newbury St. (shopping!) and the Charles River.

Here's their website: http://web.mit.edu/PhiKaps/www/

I can't tell you anything about the house (I live near Tufts and Davis Sq), but Boston is such a fun place, you're going to have a great summer. If you have any Boston questions, feel free to ask me!

Is Boston generally strict on id when you go out?im twenty but wont be 21 until november. And whats the job situation like in the summer?is it hard to find work?

I have only lived up here being 21+, so I wouldn't really know, but I do get carded a lot because I look young. So that may be a problem for you.

What types of work are you interested in? You could definitely find temp work, or the typical retail or restaurant thing. I think those places higher help just for the summer, or at least they do where I work.
